TNFRSF11B 分子靶点综述

骨保护素(OPG),又名破骨细胞抑制因子(OCIF)或肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员11B(TNFRSF11B),是一种细胞因子受体,是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的成员。OPG通过抑制破骨细胞前体分化为破骨细胞来降低破骨细胞的产量,同样还可调节破骨细胞的体内、体外吸收。重组人OPG特异性作用于骨骼,可增加骨骼矿物质密度和体积。已有研究报道心脏病和严重精神障碍患者的OPG水平是升高的。近年来,研究者们推测OPG可能在骨骼和心血管疾病之间存在关联,特别是与糖尿病患者的心血管风险增加有关。
