DKK1 分子靶点综述

Dickkopf相关蛋白1(Dkk-1)是一种分泌蛋白,含有2个富含半胱氨酸区域,通过其对Wnt信号通路的抑制,参与胚胎发育。所有Dkk-1敲除的纯合子小鼠在出生时都已死亡,这是由于头盖骨和神经嵴的结构有缺陷而导致的,如眼睛、嗅基板、额鼻、下颌等无法发育,以及前脑和中脑发育不完全、前肢的足趾融合。骨髓、血浆和外周血中的Dkk-1表达量提高与多发性骨髓瘤患者的溶骨性病变有关。
