检测原理	本试剂盒利用液相芯片与双抗夹心相结合的原理。采用两种不同尺寸（4μm和5μm）、六种不同荧光强度的微球群上分别包被IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-12p70、TNF-α特异性抗体（捕获微球），可与样本中对应抗原蛋白特异性结合，加入生物素标记的检测抗体，形成抗体捕获微球-细胞因子-检测抗体的免疫复合物；洗涤去除多余的未结合抗体后再加入链霉亲和素-藻红蛋白偶联物（SA-PE），在流式细胞仪上检测相应荧光。通过免疫复合物的荧光强度得到待测样本IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-12p70、TNF-α的含量。
