白细胞介素 12 (IL-12)由树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞和人 B 淋巴母细胞株 (NC-37)在响应抗原刺激时自然产生。IL-12 是一个由 2 种独立基因 IL-12A (p35)和 IL-12B (p40)编码形成的异源二聚体细胞因子。蛋白合成之后可形成有生物活性的异源二聚体(p70)和同源二聚体 p40。
