检测原理 | 本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人GRO-β抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体,经过孵育,样本中存在的GRO-β与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后,加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后,加入显色底物TMB,避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中GRO-β的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在450nm波长(参考波长570 - 630nm)测定吸光度值。 |

CXCL2 分子靶点综述
人生长调节致癌基因β (GRO-β)也称为 CXCL2,是 CXC 蛋白趋化因子家族成员之一。GRO-β 在小鼠中也称为 MIP-2,在大鼠中称为 CINC-3。人 GRO-β由 107 个氨基酸(aa)构成,其分子量约 为 11 kDa。GRO-β是由炎症部位的多种细胞(包括单核细胞和巨噬细胞)分泌,对粒细胞包括中性粒 细胞具有趋化作用。GRO-β在炎症反应和损伤修复过程中起着重要作用。研究逐渐发现 GRO 为一种原癌基因。GRO-β作为表达产物在血管新生、肿瘤形成转移和肿瘤与免疫细胞相互作用中起到关键作用。
