检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人IL-3抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体，经过孵育，样本中存在的IL-3与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后，加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后，加入显色底物TMB，避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中IL-3的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450nm波长(参考波长570 - 630nm)测定吸光度值。

IL3 分子靶点综述

白细胞介素3(IL-3)在人类中由IL3基因编码。它是一种生物信号(细胞因子)，可作为免疫系统的一部分来提高机体对疾病的先天免疫应答。它是由嗜碱性粒细胞和活化的T细胞分泌产生，在免疫应答中可协助骨髓来源的T细胞生长和分化。IL-3通过结合IL-3受体起作用，可刺激多能造血干细胞分化为髓系祖细胞，或与IL-7一起，刺激多能造血干细胞分化为淋巴系祖细胞。另外，IL-3与其它细胞因子，如促红细胞生成素(EPO)、粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)和IL-6一起刺激髓系的所有细胞(粒细胞、单核细胞和树突状细胞)增殖。
