IL13 分子靶点综述

白细胞介素13(IL-13)位于染色体5q31上，与IL-4具有30%的同源性和相似的结构。IL-13由许多细胞类型分泌产生，尤其是2型辅助性T细胞(Th2)。与密切相关的IL-4相似，IL-13对免疫细胞也具有多种功能。虽然IL-13主要与气道疾病的诱导相关，但是它还具有消炎特性。IL-13可诱导造血细胞的变化，但是这些效果与IL-4相比可能不那么重要。IL-13专门诱导寄生感染的器官的生理变化。它也可诱导过敏性肺部疾病的许多特征，包括气道高反应性、杯状细胞增殖和黏液高分泌，这些都会导致气道阻塞。此外，IL-13抑制原代培养衍生的巨噬细胞中HIV-1的复制，可作为体内单核细胞和巨噬细胞中抑制HIV感染的候选细胞因子。
