检测原理 | 本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人IL-13抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体,经过孵育,样本中存在的IL-13与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后,加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后,加入显色底物TMB,避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中IL-13的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在450nm波长(参考波长570 - 630nm)测定吸光度值。 |

IL13 分子靶点综述
白细胞介素13(IL-13)位于染色体5q31上,与IL-4具有30%的同源性和相似的结构。IL-13由许多细胞类型分泌产生,尤其是2型辅助性T细胞(Th2)。与密切相关的IL-4相似,IL-13对免疫细胞也具有多种功能。虽然IL-13主要与气道疾病的诱导相关,但是它还具有消炎特性。IL-13可诱导造血细胞的变化,但是这些效果与IL-4相比可能不那么重要。IL-13专门诱导寄生感染的器官的生理变化。它也可诱导过敏性肺部疾病的许多特征,包括气道高反应性、杯状细胞增殖和黏液高分泌,这些都会导致气道阻塞。此外,IL-13抑制原代培养衍生的巨噬细胞中HIV-1的复制,可作为体内单核细胞和巨噬细胞中抑制HIV感染的候选细胞因子。
