检测原理 | 本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗大鼠IgA抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品和待测样本,经过孵育,样本中存在的IgA与固相抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合物质后,加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的检测抗体孵育。洗涤去除未结合的检测抗体。加入显色底物TMB,避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中IgA的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在450nm波长(参考波长570 - 630nm)测定吸光度值。 |

CD79A 分子靶点综述
CD79a 又称 mb-1,是一种 47kDa 膜糖蛋白,与 CD79b 结合形成异二聚体 B 细胞受体(BCR)。这种受体负责 B 细胞信号传导,导致激活、凋亡或过敏。从最早的B 细胞到浆细胞,CD79a 的表达一直存在。CD79 表达于 B 细胞肿瘤和一些非 B 细胞恶性肿瘤,如 AML。与其它可以在 B 细胞肿瘤细胞中表达的抗体不同,HM47 是识别 CD79a 的可靠抗体,因此是 B 细胞的良好标记。由于 CD79a 的几个变体存在,表位的确切位置可能略有不同。
