Decorin（核心蛋白聚糖）是富含亮氨酸低分子蛋白聚糖（SLRP）家族的一种分泌蛋白聚糖。Decorin调节细胞外胶原基质以及基质相关生长因子FGF、GDF-8 / Myostatin、TGF-beta和WISP-1的生物活性。它还结合并激活EGF受体、ErbB4和IGF-1受体。Decorin促进成肌细胞分化，支持血管生成并抑制肿瘤发展。有研究表明，Decorin可能对增生性瘢痕的挛缩具有抑制作用,表明在预防增生性瘢痕形成和促进瘢痕的成熟中具有一定的作用。
