检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性捕获抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上，酶标板孔中预先加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的检测抗体微球。酶标板孔中加入标准品和待测样本，经过孵育，样本中存在的待测物质与捕获抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后，加入显色底物（TMB），避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中待测物质的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450nm波长 (参考波长570 - 630nm) 测定吸光度值。

白细胞介素18受体1（Interleukin-18 receptor 1, IL18R1），也称为 CD218抗原样家族成员A（CD218a）、CDw218a 或 IL1受体相关蛋白，是免疫球蛋白超家族中的一种白细胞介素受体。IL18R1在肺、白细胞、脾脏、肝脏、胸腺、前列腺、小肠、结肠、胎盘和心脏中表达，但在脑、骨骼肌、胰腺和肾脏中不表达。霍奇金病细胞系中该受体表达水平较高。
IL18R1 特异性结合白细胞介素18（IL18），是IL18介导的信号转导所必需的。该受体包含 3个Ig样C2型结构域（免疫球蛋白样结构域）和 1个TIR结构域，属于 I型单次跨膜蛋白。据报道，IFN-α 和 IL12 可诱导NK细胞和T细胞中该受体的表达。IL18R1表达升高可能与疾病发病机制相关，因此是潜在的治疗靶点。
在多发性硬化症中，IL18R1 基因本身虽未显示直接遗传关联，但其表达可能受基因组其他区域调控，或作为炎症级联反应的一部分参与疾病进程。

Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in asthma. Orthologous to human IL18R1 (interleukin 18 receptor 1).
