IL18R1 特异性结合 白细胞介素18（IL18），是IL18介导的信号转导所必需的。该受体包含 3个Ig样C2型结构域（免疫球蛋白样结构域）和 1个TIR结构域，属于 I型单次跨膜蛋白。据报道，IFN-α 和 IL12 可诱导NK细胞和T细胞中该受体的表达。IL18R1表达升高可能与疾病发病机制相关，因此是潜在的治疗靶点。
