LCN2 分子靶点综述

脂质运载蛋白2,又名中性粒细胞明胶酶相关的脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)或癌基因24p3,在中性粒细胞中表达,在肾脏、前列腺、呼吸道和消化道的上皮细胞中低表达。Lipocalin-2通过螯合铁来参与先天性免疫,反过来可限制细菌的生长。Lipocalin-2是肾损伤的生物标志物,还可作为慢性肾脏病、造影剂肾病和肾移植的早期诊断物。在急性肾损伤(AKI)的2小时内,高水平的Lipocalin-2被分泌到血液和尿中。机体的Lipocalin-2水平与AKI的严重程度成正比。
