FGF21 分子靶点综述

成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF-21)表达于很多组织中，包括肝脏、褐色脂肪组织、白色脂肪组织和胰腺，在小鼠中，循环的FGF-21来源于肝脏。FGF-21促进脂肪细胞吸收葡萄糖，但对其它类型的细胞没有作用。II型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血清FGF-21显著上升，表明其在T2DM发病机理中的作用。升高的FGF-21也与非酒精性脂肪肝疾病的肝脏脂肪含量有关，与人BMI呈正相关，提示肥胖是对FGF-21耐受的结果。
