使用方法

将样本经适当处理后，取 100 ?l 含有 1×10⁵ - 10⁸ 个单细胞悬液，加入 5 ?l Anti-Human IL-4, APC。震荡混匀，室温避光孵育 15 分钟。如进行 Th1/Th2 检测，可参考 Human Th1/Th2 Staining Kit (Cat No.KTH101)中的实验方案。
实验中，可对抗体进行优化滴定以获得最佳效果。
