PMA/Ionomycin Mixture (250×)是佛波酯(Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate, PMA)和离子霉素(Ionomycin)的混合物。PMA和Ionomycin处理足以诱导很多类型的细胞活化,分泌细胞因子。该混合物可用于刺激体外培养细胞产生细胞因子,随后用免疫学方法进行检测。还可以与蛋白转运抑制剂(BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×) (目录号CS1002)联合使用,使诱导的细胞因子滞留在胞内。使用时,终浓度稀释至1×,即每250μl细胞培养基中加入1μl PMA/Ionomycin Mixture (250×)。
