白细胞抗原分化簇30(CD30)，也称为肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员8 (TNFRSF8)，是一种膜蛋白，属于肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)超家族。CD30蛋白由活化的而非静息的T细胞和B细胞表达。CD30可能在细胞生长和活化淋巴母细胞转化的调控中起作用，并且在人类免疫缺陷病毒复制中也可能起重要作用。TRAF2和TRAF5可以与该受体相互作用，并介导导致NF-κB活化的信号转导。作为细胞凋亡的正向调节剂，CD30蛋白可根据细胞类型诱导细胞死亡或增殖，并表现出可限制自身反应性CD8效应T细胞的增殖潜能并保护人体免受自身免疫。CD30蛋白表达在各种血液系统恶性肿瘤中上调，并且CD30也与慢性炎性疾病患者(如红斑狼疮、哮喘和类风湿关节炎)的白细胞有关。
