FGF19 分子靶点综述

成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF-19)在人类中由FGF-19基因编码。FGF-19调控胆汁酸的合成，在肝脏中通过FGFR4/Klotho-β受体复合物对CYP7A1产生抑制作用。在小鼠模型中发现，FGF-19也具有代谢作用，可影响葡萄糖和脂类代谢。因胆汁酸吸收障碍的慢性腹泻患者的FGF-19减少。在胆汁郁积患者的肝脏中也存在FGF-19。代谢综合征、非酒精性脂肪肝和胰岛素耐受患者的FGF-19表达减少。而经过Roux-en-Y胃旁路减肥手术的肥胖患者，其FGF-19上升至正常水平。
