FGF19 分子靶点综述

成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF-19)在人类中由FGF-19基因编码。FGF-19调控胆汁酸的合成,在肝脏中通过FGFR4/Klotho-β受体复合物对CYP7A1产生抑制作用。在小鼠模型中发现,FGF-19也具有代谢作用,可影响葡萄糖和脂类代谢。因胆汁酸吸收障碍的慢性腹泻患者的FGF-19减少。在胆汁郁积患者的肝脏中也存在FGF-19。代谢综合征、非酒精性脂肪肝和胰岛素耐受患者的FGF-19表达减少。而经过Roux-en-Y胃旁路减肥手术的肥胖患者,其FGF-19上升至正常水平。

Acts upstream of or within fibroblast growth factor receptor signaling pathway and positive regulation of cell population proliferation. Predicted to be located in extracellular region. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and extracellular space.
