1.产品简介
BCA(bicinchoninic acid)蛋白定量检测法具有灵敏度高、结果稳定、操作简捷等特点,被广泛应用于总蛋白的定量检测。BCA检测法的原理是Cu2+在碱性的条件下,被蛋白质还原成Cu+,Cu+和BCA相互作用形成紫色的反应复合物,可在562 nm处显示强烈的吸光值,并与蛋白浓度在一定范围内呈现良好的线性关系。BCA检测法对SDS、Triton X-100、Tween 20、Tween 80等化学干扰物有很好的兼容性,但易受鳌合剂、还原剂、脂类物质及强酸、强碱条件的影响,因此使用时应注意待测样品的溶液条件,如果不适合BCA法检测,推荐使用联科生物生产的抗干扰Lowry法蛋白定量试剂盒(目录号PQ0031/PQ0032)进行测定。
