使用方法

全血样本：取 100 μl 抗凝血，加入 5 μl Anti-Human CD55, PE 和其他抗体，震荡混匀，于室温避光孵育15 分钟或 2 - 8℃避光孵育 30 分钟。根据红细胞裂解液说明书进行操作，去除红细胞。300 ×g 离心 5 - 10 分钟，弃上清，加入 500 μl 流式染色缓冲液重悬，上机检测。
其他样本：将 1×10⁵ - 10⁸ 个单细胞经适当离心后，取适量流式染色缓冲液 (目录号 S1001)重悬，加入 5 μl Anti-Human CD55, PE 和其他抗体，使反应终体积为 100 μl。震荡混匀，于室温避光孵育 15分钟或 2 - 8℃避光孵育 30 分钟。每管加入 1 - 2 ml 流式染色缓冲液，300 × g 离心 5 - 10 分钟，弃上清，加入 500 μl 流式染色缓冲液重悬，上机检测。
实验中，可对抗体进行优化滴定以获得最佳效果。
