肿瘤坏死因子–样配体1A (TL1A)，也叫TNFSF15，是TNF超级家族的成员。它是由位于9号染色体上9q32位点的TNFSF15基因表达的一个251个氨基酸组成的同源三聚体细胞因子。这种蛋白的表达是由TNF和IL-1α诱导的，它在内皮细胞中大量表达，但在B或T细胞中没有表达。这种细胞因子是TNFRSF25受体和TNFRSF21/DR6诱捕受体的配体。它能激活NF-kappaB和MAP激酶，也能作为自分泌因子诱导血管内皮细胞凋亡。这种细胞因子也能抑制内皮细胞的增殖，因此可能起血管生成抑制剂的作用。
