NPPC 分子靶点综述

C肽(C-Peptide)又称连接肽，由胰岛β细胞分泌，与胰岛素有一个共同的前体胰岛素原。它是一种由31个氨基酸组成的多肽，在胰岛素原分子中将胰岛素的A链和B链连接起来。C肽已被证明以纳米摩尔浓度结合到许多类型细胞(如神经元、内皮细胞、成纤维细胞和肾小管的表面)的G蛋白偶联的受体。C肽通过下调内皮细胞表面粘附分子、减少炎性细胞因子产生和保护血管平滑肌细胞免受有害胰岛素作用，从而发挥血管抗炎作用。在患有C肽缺乏(1型模型)肾病的动物中，给药C肽可改善肾功能和结构，减少尿白蛋白的排泄，也可预防或减少因系膜基质扩张的糖尿病引起的肾小球改变。
