IL2RA 分子靶点综述

白细胞介素2受体(IL-2R)是一种在某些免疫细胞如淋巴细胞表面表达的异源三聚体蛋白，它可结合和应答细胞因子IL-2。IL-2R由三条链组成：一条α链(IL-2Rα/CD25)、一条β链(IL-2Rβ/CD122)和一条γ链(IL-2Rγ/CD132)。其中α链低亲和结合IL-2，而β和γ链组成的复合物中等亲和结合IL-2。IL-2及其受体主要通过直接作用于T细胞，从而在免疫系统、耐受性和免疫力中发挥重要作用。但是可溶性IL-2Rα(sIL-2Rα)的功能未知，因为它的低亲和力抑制了IL-2的结合。在任何情况下，体液中升高的sIL-2Rα水平与T、B细胞活化增加和免疫系统激活相关。监测血清中sIL-2Rα水平为一些病理状态如类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、某些白血病和淋巴瘤提供更详细的见解。
