2023年11月4日,暨南大学、暨南大学第一附属医院和清华深圳国际研究生院的Shuran Fan、Jinghua Pan、Minfeng Chen等团队在Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B(IF=14.5)在线发表题为“Targeting FAPa-positive lymph node metastatic tumor cells suppresses colorectal cancer metastasis”的研究论文,该研究强调了成纤维细胞活化蛋白α(FAPa)在结直肠癌癌症淋巴结转移(CRCLNM)肿瘤细胞中的作用,并为CRCLNM提供了一个潜在的治疗靶点和有前景的策略。此论文使用了联科生物Mouse Regulatory T Cell Staining Kit(货号:KTR201)和Human VEGFC ELISA Kit(货号:EK1154)2种检测试剂盒。
