CD279,又名程序性细胞死亡蛋白1(PD-1),由PDCD1基因编码。PD1为免疫球蛋白超家族成员,与CD28、CTLA-4和ICOS分子同属于CD28超家族,主要以单体形式表达于活化的CD4+T和CD8+T细胞及B细胞,其配体B7-H1和B7-DC。研究证实,增强PD-1的信号可以下调已活化的T、B细胞在外周组织中的应答,在维持外周T、B细胞耐受中发挥重要的作用。
