补体因子D,即D因子,又称脂肪酶,是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,是激活补体旁路途经所必需的。D因子是胰蛋白酶家族的肽酶的成员,在人类中由CFD基因编码。D因子在多种组织中表达,包括单核细胞/巨噬细胞、肌肉、坐骨神经、子宫内膜、肾脏、肠道,尤其在脂肪细胞中高水平表达。在肾功能衰竭患者中,循环的D因子浓度升高。类似地,在范科尼综合征患者中,肾脏的近端肾小管功能受损,尿液D因子浓度也处于高水平。
