2016年1月联科生物 SunnyELISA 推出人α-fetoprotein/AFP ELISA 检测试剂盒，并将陆续有新的产品与大家见面。
AFP 即甲胎蛋白 (α-fetoprotein)，是胚胎发育中由卵黄囊和肝脏产生的最主要的血浆蛋白。出生后其在血浆中的含量迅速下降，但在产前 3 个月已开始下降。通常在 8 - 12 个月后达到正常成人水平。通过母血或羊水测定孕妇的 AFP 含量，用于排查筛选异常发育。AFP 在一些疾病中表达升高，包括脐疝、原发性肝细胞肝癌、神经管畸形、非精原细胞瘤、卵黄囊瘤和共济失调毛细血管扩张症等。
