IFNGR1 分子靶点综述

CD119(分化簇119),又称干扰素γ受体1(IFNGR1),是异源二聚体γ干扰素受体的组成部分。该受体由配体结合链IFNGR1(CD119)和非配体结合链IFNGR2构成:IFNGR1基因编码受体α链(配体结合亚基),而IFNGR2基因编码辅助亚基。干扰素γ的生物活性需通过与其受体CD119结合来实现。当干扰素γ与CD119结合后,由活化T淋巴细胞产生的这种细胞因子可对多种细胞类型发挥三重生物学效应:抗病毒活性;生长抑制作用;广泛的免疫调节功能。
