CCL11 分子靶点综述

趋化因子配体11(CCL11)也称为嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin),是CC趋化因子家族中的小分子量细胞因子。Eotaxin通过诱导嗜酸性粒细胞的趋化性进行选择性招募,因此参与变态反应。Eotaxin在人和小鼠血浆中的表达升高与其衰老有关。相比于曾经吸食大麻者和从未吸食大麻者,目前仍在吸食大麻者的血浆中含有更高浓度的Eotaxin。精神分裂者体内的Eotaxin浓度也更高,而大麻正是已知的精神分裂症诱导剂。
