美天旎:调节性T细胞（Treg）分选与扩增
CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞是一群特殊的、保持免疫系统平衡的T细胞亚群。最近的研究进展已经确立了这群细胞的存在和在调节免疫反应中的关键作用。在实验小鼠和人体模型中对调节性T细胞的研究已证明这些细胞的免疫抑制可用于治疗多种疾病，如自身免疫病，传染病和癌症。
