| IFN是最先发现的细胞因子,早在1957年,Issacs等人发现病毒感染的的细胞产生一种因子,可抵抗病毒的感染,干扰病毒的复制,因而命名为干扰素。根据其来源和结构,可将IFN分为IFN-α(白细胞型)、IFN-β(白成纤维细胞型)、IFN-γ(淋巴细胞型),它们分别由白细胞、纤维母细胞和活化的T细胞产生。IFN-α为多基因产物,有十余种不同的亚型,但它们的生物活性基本相同。IFN除有抗病作用外,同时还可增强自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞的活力,从而起到免疫调节作用,并增强抗病毒能力。干扰素是一组具有多种功能的活性蛋白质(主要是糖蛋白),是一种由单核细胞和淋巴细胞产生的细胞因子。它们在同种细胞上具有广谱的抗病毒、影响细胞生长,以及分化、调节免疫功能等多种生物活性。
