CD69 分子靶点综述

CD69 是一种 II 型跨膜糖蛋白，属于 C-型凝集素受体家族，也是 NK 细胞信号转导基因复合体家族的一员。它是 T 淋巴细胞激活后最早表达的表面抗原，当其表达后，可作为共刺激信号促进 T 细胞进一步活化和增殖。CD69 也在 NK 细胞、B 细胞、巨噬细胞、中性和嗜酸性粒细胞上诱导表达。表达 CD69 的活化 T细胞主要是 CD8＋CD45RO＋，而且主要受 IL-15 诱导以及与表达 ICAM-1 的活化内皮接触有关。当外源性刺激消失后，活化 T 细胞的 CD69 表达即可快速降低。因此，淋巴细胞暴露于某种抗原刺激后表达 CD69的程度可反映细胞对于该抗原的反应程度。
