CD258,又名LIGHT和肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员14 (TNFSF14),是属于TNF超家族的一种分泌蛋白。它是一种在活化的T细胞和未成熟树突状细胞上表达的II型跨膜蛋白,由疱疹病毒侵入介质(HVEM)和诱骗受体3所识别。该蛋白可作为淋巴细胞活化的共刺激因子和疱疹病毒感染的制止物,能刺激T细胞的增殖、引起多种肿瘤细胞的凋亡和阻止病毒入侵。它同样也被报道可阻止原代肝细胞中TNF α介导的细胞凋亡。另外,CD258还参与T细胞的发育和稳态、树突状细胞的成熟和动脉粥样硬化,在涉及T细胞的疾病如移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)和自身免疫疾病中发挥显著作用。
