SELL 分子靶点综述

L-选择素，又名CD62L，是一种细胞表面糖蛋白，在各种白细胞中组成性表达。它是存在于淋巴细胞和着床前胚胎中的细胞粘附分子，是选择素家族蛋白中的一员。研究报道可溶性L-选择素(sL-Selectin)存在两种形式。sL-Selectin来自淋巴细胞，分子量大约为62kDa。而来自中性粒细胞的sL-Selectin分子量为75-100kDa。高浓度的sL-Selectin可阻止淋巴细胞结合到内皮，这表明sL-Selectin在调节体内淋巴细胞-内皮结合中可能发挥作用。监测血清中sL-Selectin水平可为一些病理状态如脓毒症和获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)提供更详细的见解。
