PTPRC 分子靶点综述
CD45也被称为白细胞共同抗原(leukocyte common antigen, LCA),由一类结构相似,分子量较大(180 kDa、190 kDa、205 kDa和200 kDa)的跨膜蛋白组成,广泛存在于所有白细胞表面(包括淋巴细胞、粒细胞和单核细胞),但不表达于成熟的红细胞、血小板、骨髓中的成熟红系细胞以及非造血组织。CD45胞浆区段具有蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶的作用,能使底物P56lck和P59fyn上酪氨酸脱磷酸而激活,在细胞的信息传导中发挥重要作用,CD45是细胞膜上信号传导的关键分子,在淋巴细胞的发育成熟,功能调节及信号传递中具有重要意义。CD45的分布可作为某些T细胞亚群的分类标志。
