催乳素(PRL)是一种由 PRL 基因编码的神经内分泌垂体激素,由垂体、胎盘、脑、子宫、真皮成纤维细胞、蜕膜、B 细胞、T 细胞、自然杀伤细胞和乳腺癌细胞合成。催乳素在人类妊娠早期表达较低,被胎盘催乳素取代,但在妊娠晚期 表达增加。催乳素在新陈代谢、免疫系统调节和胰腺发育中起到重要作用。催乳素也以细胞因子样方式起作用,是免疫 系统的重要调节因子。作为生长、分化和抗凋亡因子,其具有重要的细胞周期相关功能。作为一种与细胞因子样受体结 合的生长因子,它可以通过多种途径影响造血、血管生成,并参与血液凝固的调节。
