PIGR 分子靶点综述
多聚免疫球蛋白受体(Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor,简称PIGR)是免疫球蛋白超家族成员及Fc受体的一种。该受体胞外域由五个与免疫球蛋白可变区同源的结构单元及一个跨膜区组成,其中跨膜区也与某些免疫球蛋白可变区存在部分同源性。PIGR在肝脏、乳腺等多个腺体上皮组织中均有表达。经推导的氨基酸序列包含764个残基,与兔类及大鼠同源蛋白的总体相似性分别达到56%和64%。该受体介导多聚免疫球蛋白分子的跨细胞运输,从而促进免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的分泌。在此过程中,PIGR会发生裂解,使其胞外段(即分泌成分)与跨膜段分离。
