共同γ链(γc)(又称CD132),全称为白细胞介素-2受体γ亚基(IL2RG),是I型细胞因子受体家族成员,在大多数淋巴细胞(白细胞)群体中均有表达,其基因位于哺乳动物X染色体上。作为细胞因子受体的共同亚基,γc至少参与六种白细胞介素受体复合物的构成:IL-2、IL-4、IL-7、IL-9、IL-15以及白细胞介素-21受体。该蛋白是多种细胞因子受体的关键组分,对淋巴细胞发育和功能至关重要。
