白细胞介素13受体α1（Interleukin 13 receptor, alpha 1），也称为IL13RA1/IL-13RA1 和 CD213AEG1（分化簇213A1），是白细胞介素13受体的一个亚基。该亚基与 IL4受体α（IL4RA）结合形成受体复合物，而 IL4RA 是 IL13 和 IL4 受体共有的亚基。IL13RA1/IL-13RA1 是IL13受体的主要结合亚基，同时也可能是IL4受体的组成部分。
研究表明，该蛋白可与酪氨酸激酶 TYK2 结合，从而介导由IL13和IL4诱导的 JAK1、STAT3 和 STAT6 激活信号通路。IL13RA1/IL-13RA1 以低亲和力与白细胞介素13（IL13）结合，并与IL4RA共同形成功能性IL13受体。此外，IL13RA1/IL-13RA1 还可作为白细胞介素4（IL4）信号通路的辅助蛋白，替代 γ链共同细胞因子受体（IL2RG）的部分功能，但无法完全取代IL2RG在增强白细胞介素2（IL2）结合活性中的作用。
