白细胞介素10受体β亚基（IL10RB/IL-10RB），亦称为细胞因子受体家族2成员4、白细胞介素-10受体第二亚基、细胞因子受体家族II成员4，是构成白细胞介素-10受体的重要组分。该蛋白属于细胞因子受体家族，是形成功能性白细胞介素-10受体复合物所必需的辅助链。其与IL10RA蛋白的共同表达是实现IL-10诱导信号转导的必要条件。
IL10RB/IL-10RB的基因缺陷是导致25型炎症性肠病（IBD25）的病因。该病是一种具有复杂病因的慢性复发性胃肠道炎症，主要分为克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎两种临床类型。克罗恩病可累及从口腔至肛门的整个消化道，最常好发于回肠末端与结肠，其特征为透壁性、非连续性炎症，可伴发肉芽肿或肠道/肛周瘘管；而溃疡性结肠炎则表现为连续性炎症且局限于直肠与结肠黏膜层，通常不出现瘘管或肉芽肿。两种疾病均可能引发皮肤、眼部或关节等肠外炎症表现。
