CD5L(又称CD5抗原样蛋白)是一种可溶性蛋白,属于富含半胱氨酸的清道夫受体(SRCR)超家族B组,包含三个SRCR结构域。该蛋白是一种分泌型糖蛋白,由淋巴组织(脾脏、淋巴结、胸腺和骨髓)中的巨噬细胞表达。它能与髓系单核细胞和淋巴细胞结合,可能在先天性和适应性免疫系统的调控中发挥重要作用。
CD5L作为模式识别分子,既能结合革兰氏阳性菌的脂磷壁酸(LTA),又能结合革兰氏阴性菌的脂多糖(LPS)。其中,CD5L的SRCR结构域1同时保留了这两种结合活性。此外,研究表明CD5L似乎还具有抑制细胞凋亡的作用。
