B2M 分子靶点综述

B2M,亦称β2-微球蛋白或CDABP0092,是MHC I类分子的组成成分,在所有有核细胞(不含红细胞)中均有表达。MHC I类分子的主要功能是将细胞内蛋白片段呈递给T细胞,携带外来蛋白的细胞将遭受免疫攻击。B2M(β2-微球蛋白)是一种低分子量蛋白质,研究证实其定位于有核细胞膜表面并与HL-A抗原结合。该蛋白以游离形式存在于多种体液中,同时作为组织相容性抗原的亚基与α3链并列分布于细胞表面。与α3链不同,β2链无跨膜结构域。其正上方为α1链,该链与α2链并列分布。若缺乏B2M(β2-微球蛋白),细胞表面仅能检测到极少量MHC I类(经典与非经典)分子。当MHC I类分子缺失时,参与获得性免疫的CD8 T细胞亚群将无法发育。
