CD4 分子靶点综述

CD4也称为T4，为55 kD的单链I型跨膜糖蛋白，表达于大部分胸腺细胞、T细胞亚群和单核/巨噬细胞。CD4作为免疫球蛋白超家族的一员，可识别与MHC II类分子结合的抗原，参与细胞-细胞互作、胸腺分化和信号传导。CD4是HIV的主要受体，可与HIV gp120结合。CD4与IL-16也有相互作用。
