IL7 分子靶点综述

白细胞介素7(IL-7)是一种由骨髓和胸腺基质细胞分泌产生的造血生长因子,它也可由角质形成细胞、树突状细胞、肝细胞、神经元和上皮细胞产生,但是正常的淋巴细胞不能产生IL-7。IL-7刺激多能造血干细胞向淋巴系祖细胞的分化,同样也可刺激所有淋巴系细胞(B细胞、T细胞和NK细胞)的增殖。IL-7促进恶性血液病(急性淋巴细胞白血病、T细胞淋巴瘤)的发展,升高的IL-7水平在HIV感染患者血浆中被检测到,IL-7也可提高异体干细胞移植后的免疫康复。
