CD28 分子靶点综述

CD28 是 45 kDa 的同源二聚体，表达于大部分胸腺细胞，在外周大部分 CD4+和 CD8+ T 细胞以及 NK细胞中低水平表达。在活化的脾细胞、肥大细胞和胸腺细胞中也有表达。CD28 是 T 细胞的共刺激分子，是 CD80 (B7-1)和 CD86 (B7-2)的配体。CD28 的信号传导可刺激 IL-2 及其受体的表达，以及 CD3 活化的 T 细胞的细胞毒性。该抗体可刺激 T 细胞和 NK 细胞增殖，并促进其分泌细胞因子。
