LGALS1 分子靶点综述

半乳糖凝集素是β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白家族，参与调节细胞-细胞和细胞-基质的相互作用。Galectin-1可以是单体，也可以是同源二聚体，存在于多种细胞和组织中。在人体内，半乳糖凝集素1是一种由LGALS1基因编码的蛋白质。分泌型Galectin-1具有免疫抑制和抗炎作用，抑制急慢性炎症和自身免疫。小鼠Galectin-1与人的aa序列同源性为88%，与大鼠的aa序列同源性为96%，与马、羊、牛、猪的aa序列同源性为84%。Galectin-1在母胎界面高表达，有助于胎儿免疫赦免。它的免疫抑制特性似乎也使肿瘤细胞逃避免疫检测。Galectin-1在调控细胞生长、增殖、诱导活化T细胞凋亡的同时，还可以调节细胞因子的分泌或抑制促炎性细胞因子的产生。
