FLT4 分子靶点综述

血管内皮生长因子受体3 (VEGF R3),又名Flt-4,是VEGF-C和VEGF-D的酪氨酸激酶受体。该蛋白参与淋巴管内皮中的淋巴管生成和维护。人们可从淋巴瘤患者癌组织中分离的淋巴内皮细胞里发现高表达的VEGF R3。VEGF R3基因突变导致IA型遗传性淋巴水肿。一些研究表明VEGF-C、VEGF-D、VEGF R3的表达与血管侵犯、淋巴管和淋巴结的参与之间呈正相关关系。VEGF-C/VEGF-D/VEGFR3信号通路可为前列腺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、非小细胞肺癌等的抗淋巴管生成治疗提供靶点。
