TIGIT 分子靶点综述

TIGIT,全称为T细胞免疫球蛋白和ITIM结构域蛋白,又称Vsig9、Vstm3或WUCAM,是脊髓灰质炎病毒受体(PVR)/Nectin家族的成员,也是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员之一。由细胞外的免疫球蛋白(IgV)结构域,I型跨膜结构域和细胞内的ITIM及免疫球蛋白酪氨酸尾(ITT)基序结构共同组成。TIGIT仅限于在淋巴细胞上表达,其中表达最多的为CD4+的调节T细胞,CD4+的滤泡辅助性T细胞,CD8+的效应T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞。
