IFNL1 分子靶点综述

白细胞介素29(IL-29),又名干扰素λ1(IFN-λ1),是螺旋细胞因子家族中的一员,是一种III型干扰素。它的氨基酸序列和另一个III型干扰素-IL-28高度相似。IL-29基因是在人类19号染色体上发现的,但是却不存在于小鼠基因组中。IL-29在宿主防御微生物中起重要作用,其基因在病毒感染细胞中高度上调。IL-29具有显著的抗病毒活性和免疫调节特性,可通过诱导类似于IFN-α/β激活的细胞抗病毒应答来抑制病毒复制。然而,IL-29是结合到一个独特的受体上,因此在自然感染过程中,该细胞因子可能与IFN-α/β或者IFN-γ协同作用来抑制病毒复制,也可能与其它细胞因子一起联合治疗慢性病毒感染如丙型肝炎(HCV)。IL-29的抗病毒活性包括I类MHC在细胞表面表达的上调和PKR表达的上调。配体/受体复合物似乎通过Jak-STAT途径传导信号。
