趋化因子(C-X3-C基序)配体1(CX3CL1),又名fractalkine,是一个由373个氨基酸组成的大分子细胞因子蛋白,也是CX3C趋化因子家族中唯一一个已知成员。可溶性CX3CL1存在于血清、尿液、脑脊液、羊水和滑液中,主要由血管内皮、平滑肌、神经元和树突状细胞表达。炎性细胞因子如TNF-α和IFN-γ可诱导大多数CX3CL1的表达。CX3CL1是通过与趋化因子受体CX3CR1的相互作用来发挥其粘附和迁移功能。可溶性CX3XL1可强烈趋化T细胞和单核细胞,而细胞结合的趋化因子促进白细胞强有力粘附到活化的内皮细胞上。CX3CL1可能与抗肿瘤活性有关,在消退正常炎症过程如伤口愈合中有重要作用。CX3CL1对某些条件的发病具有促进作用。
